Annual Carroll J. Hughes Legislator of the Year Award Presented at CPCA Winter Meeting
The Connecticut Police Chiefs Association (CPCA) proudly honored Senator Rob Sampson and Representative Patrick Callahan with the prestigious Carroll J. Hughes Legislator of the Year Award during its Winter Meeting and Mini Expo on December 12, 2024.
