The Connecticut Police Chiefs Association is absolutely devastated at the news of the tragic incident that took the life of Hartford Police Officer Robert Garten. The CPCA is praying for the full recovery of Officer Brain Kearney. CPCA offers condolences to the Hartford Police Department and the families of the Officers. Our patches may be different, but we are family in law enforcement. All of Connecticut stands as one with the Hartford Police Department as they navigate these difficult times.
