The City of Willimantic is seeking a chief of Police.
Qualifications:
A Master's Degree from a recognized college or university in criminal justice or a related field; plus twelve years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience, including at least seven years in a supervisory and/or administrative capacity, desired; or en lieu thereof, an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the essential function of the position. Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred.
Salary Grade/Range:
Salary Grade 13 with a salary range of $122,573 to $148,305 annually, commensurate with experience.
